Leah watched him go and smiled. SIghing, exhuasted, she got in the car and headed for the hotel. On the seedy side of town, it was known to a be a drug and prostitution place. Opening the door to the one room efficency, she closed and locked it. SIghing, she took off her coat and sat on the torn old couch. The place was horrible but it was all she could afford. SIhging, she closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Waking the next morning she felt like shit. Her body ached but she needed to work. Falling back asleep, she hoped this would be over by nightfall.


Trez was worried. The new girl hadn't shown and he had no phone number to contact her..just an address. Damn this was not good.

Ryan had watched for her but she didn't show. He had to see her again. Convince her to go out with him. Yeah, he thought, then maybe the private bathrooms.

V was in the iron mask again. Frowning when he didn't see her. he walked p to trez's Office. "Wheres your New Girl Trez ?" He Growled asking. He had to find out. find out if she was goin through the change or not.

Trez had just put on his coat when V came in.

Don't know, never showed. I was just on my way to check her.

The phone on his desk rang and he picked it up. Snarling, he slammed the phone down.

A fight had broken out and cops were called.

V Grabbed the address and Trez's Keys. "I'll Go have a look." He said turnign before he could say anything and headed in his car driving to the address. He was driing into the shit part of town. Finding the hotel he walked in and up to the door to her room and knocked before walking in. "Female ?" He growled lookimg around..

She heard the voice in the darkness. Leah had been taking a shower, getting ready for work when it hit her and she had passed out in the bathroom. She tried desperately to get to him, reach for him, call for him.

V heard her and went tofind her seing her on the floor in the bathroo he scopped her up wrapping a towel around her. he looked down at her. "Shit.2 he cursed she was going through thr change laying her on the best he dresed her in loose clothing then carried her to the car drivin her back to the pit. Once there he laid her down on the bed. Shit he cursed sagain. why was he een doing this ?

Leah opened her eyes briefly and looked up at him.

Cold, so cold.

SHe was dying, Leah knew it.

V Wrapped loads of Blankets around her. she was definatly going through the change. "I know. I'm Going to get you through this." he said.

Pain hit her hard and she screamed, her body jacknifing off the bed completely. Her eyes rolled into head.

V looked down at her and bit into his wrist. Damnit. He'd never had a femae feed from him. holding his wrist to her mouth he held her head gently. "Feed little one."

Latchin on, she had no clue that she was doing it. Warm she was feeling warm again. After some time, she let go and slipped into sleep. His blood on her lips.

The Next Night V had sat there watching her the whole day and night. SHe was alive. And a vampire. He Bought up bacon and chocolate just in case. Damnit. What the hell was he doing ?

Reena woke slowly. Her head hurt a little and she felt funny Sitting up she had the oddest craving for chocolate and bacon. Seeing him, she goes to say somethng and gets a feeling something is off. Touchng her teeth, she feels...fangs.

Panic sets it, panic and anger and she is off the bed in a minute with her back to the wall.

What the fuck have you done to me.

She screamed at him, tears coming down her face. Looking for the nearest object, she picked up a book and hurled it at him.

V Grabbed the book without flinching again. "I aint done shit to you. Your vampire and have gne through the change true ?"

Her green eyes took on a wild look and she found she couldn't breath.

This was her worst nightmare come true.

V Frowned. He could smell her fear. "Look I'm sorry ok. But its not my fault if you hadn't had blood through the change you would of died." he said.

SItting on the floor she sobbed. This was her punishment. She should have never come back.

Just then someone knocked on V's door.

V was about to go over and comfort her when someone knocked on the door getting him into his senses he stood straight and answered the door. "what ?"

Butch looked at V.

He saw the female and stopped dead.

Marissa and I heard something. Umm what the hell is going on. The King is going to go ape when he finds out you brought a female to the compound.

V Rolled his eyes. "Shes Just gone through the change and she 'Thought' she was a human. She's the waitress from the other night." He said glancing back at her. "I thought i'd do the considerate thing and help her out." He shrugged.

Butch pshed his way into V's room and stared at the poor female on the floor.

Then he heard what V said and touched his forehead gently.

No fever. You help a female..Yeah..save me from the twilight zone.

V Glared at Butch. "Fine you Deal with her then I'm Out true." He said before stalking out the pit.

Butch grabbed V and hauled his ass back inside.

Hell no V. She is your problem I will help but that is it.Now got your sorry ass back in there and care for her

V Growled but waked back in. "Yea well now what ? I aint so Good at this shit." he said glaring at his brother.
